Santa Barbara Mission is a small Catholic mission church in the village of Sile, New Mexico, on the south side of Cochiti Pueblo. It is one of five mission churches served by Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe Parish in Peña Blanca, which is its mother parish within the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Santa Fe. Mass is offered at Santa Barbara only on the First Friday of each month at 5:30 PM, with the rest of the parish's weekly and Sunday Masses celebrated at the Peña Blanca church and its other mission chapels in Kewa (Santo Domingo), Cochiti (St. Bonaventure), and San Felipe Pueblos.

The mother parish, Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe, sits on NM-22 in Peña Blanca. From there the parish ministers to a string of historic Pueblo missions along the Rio Grande corridor south of Santa Fe. Sunday Mass is rotated among the Pueblo missions, while the Saturday Vigil and daily Masses are celebrated at the Peña Blanca church.

Getting to Santa Barbara Mission
Sile is a small village reached via BIA-85 / Indian Service Route 85 south of Cochiti Pueblo. Visitors should plan around the once-a-month First Friday Mass or coordinate with the parish office for any other sacramental needs.

- When the road turns sharply east/left, immediately turn right to continue south on Sile Rd / Indian Service Route 85
