Eastern Christian Formation

Eastern Christian Formation presents the Christian faith as one unified message that shapes how we live and draws us toward its ultimate goal: union with God. Through prayer, learning, and participation in our Byzantine tradition, ECF helps young people grow into the life of the Church and make that way of life their own.

What is the Byzantine-Ruthenian Church?

St. Ann’s is a Ruthenian Catholic Church and celebrates the Divine Liturgy according to the Byzantine Rite. The Eastern and Western Churches together form the one Catholic communion, which Pope John Paul II famously described as breathing with “two lungs.”
