Saint Andrew Dung-Lac is a Vietnamese Catholic parish in southwest Oklahoma City, established on Christmas Eve 1994 by Archbishop Eusebius J. Beltran to serve the city's growing Vietnamese Catholic community. All Masses are celebrated in Vietnamese — two on Sunday morning, a Saturday evening Mass, and daily evening Masses Tuesday through Friday — with monthly First Saturday and First Thursday devotions. The parish also runs a Faith Formation and Vietnamese Language school with classes 1 through 14, plus sacramental preparation for baptism, confirmation, marriage, and first Communion.

Saint Andrew Dung-Lac is the spiritual home of Oklahoma City's Vietnamese Catholic community, gathering hundreds of families for Vietnamese-language Masses, the sacraments, and the Church's major feasts. Alongside the liturgical life, the parish runs a 14-level Faith Formation and Vietnamese Language school for children and youth, offers preparation for baptism, first Communion, confirmation, and marriage, and gathers the community monthly for First Thursday Eucharistic Adoration, First Saturday Masses, an annual patron feast, and a parish festival. It is a place where Vietnamese heritage, family life, and Catholic faith are passed on together.

History of the Parish
Saint Andrew Dung-Lac Parish was canonically established on December 24, 1994 (Christmas Eve) by Archbishop Eusebius J. Beltran to serve the Vietnamese Catholic faithful of Oklahoma City. The parish is named after the Vietnamese diocesan priest Saint Andrew Dũng-Lạc, martyred in 1839 and canonized by Pope John Paul II in 1988 among the 117 Vietnamese Martyrs. Over thirty years it has grown from a missionary beginning into a vibrant Vietnamese-language parish.

Mass and Liturgical Schedule
All Masses are celebrated in Vietnamese. The parish offers two Sunday morning Masses, a Saturday evening Mass, and daily evening Masses Tuesday through Friday. First Saturday of the month features an additional 9:00 AM Mass, and First Thursday brings Eucharistic Adoration after the weekday Mass.

Faith Formation & Vietnamese Language School
The parish runs a combined Faith Formation and Vietnamese Language program (Giáo Dục Đức Tin & Việt Ngữ) for children and youth, organized into 14 levels. Classes are held in the parish facilities and begin each fall — the 2025–2026 school year opened August 24, 2025.

Sacraments
The parish prepares members for all seven sacraments with Vietnamese-language instruction. Baptisms for infants are celebrated monthly; adult baptism is celebrated at Easter; confirmation, first Communion, marriage, and anointing of the sick are arranged through the parish office.

Founding pastor of the parish. Ordained in Vietnam 1948; fled to the U.S. in April 1975 after the fall of Saigon; served the Vietnamese faithful in Enid and Edmond before being incardinated into the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City in 1982. Died August 17, 2015, age 96.
