Why belong here
Sacred Heart offers a welcoming, bilingual Catholic home in the heart of Salt Lake City, with a Sunday Mass schedule that consistently includes services in English and Spanish. Under Father Roberto Montoro, the parish has leaned into its identity as a diocesan pilgrimage site for the 2025 Jubilee Year of Hope, hosting formation talks and a walking pilgrimage to the Cathedral of the Madeleine to help parishioners obtain a plenary indulgence. Its central location at 174 East 900 South, its century-long history dating back to 1917, and its role as a hub for the Spanish-speaking Catholic community in the diocese make it an especially good fit for families looking for an active, culturally rooted parish.
