Sacred Heart Chaldean Catholic Church is an Eastern Catholic (Chaldean) parish of the Chaldean Catholic Eparchy of Saint Thomas the Apostle, located at 30590 Dequindre Road in Warren, Michigan. Originally founded in 1975 in Detroit's Chaldean Town neighborhood during the wave of Iraqi Christian immigration, the parish today serves the Chaldean-American faithful of metro Detroit with the Mass and sacraments celebrated in Sureth (Chaldean/Neo-Aramaic) and Arabic. The Mass is offered in Sureth and Arabic, confession is heard before every Friday and Saturday Mass, and the parish runs a robust Saturday catechism and First Holy Communion program for children from kindergarten through eighth grade. Faith Formation & Religious Education
Sacred Heart runs a Saturday morning Catechism and First Holy Communion Program for children from kindergarten through eighth grade. The program 'aims to serve our community by teaching our future generations the Word of God,' with the Communion portion (for students third grade and up) also covering Chaldean Catholic traditions, the prayers in Sureth and English, and the meaning of the Holy Mass. Sessions begin Saturdays at 9:45 AM, include attendance at the 12:30 PM Mass, and end at 1:15 PM.

The parish sustains the Aramaic/Chaldean liturgical tradition through a trio of dedicated groups: an Aramaic/Chaldean language class (open to anyone interested in learning to read and write the language 'and to serve with the deacons'), an Arabic and Chaldean choir that serves on Sundays, feasts, and holy days, and a corps of Deacons/Shamasha who assist at the altar.
