Prince of Peace Catholic Community is a vibrant parish in West Plano, Texas, founded in 1990 to serve the rapidly growing northern suburbs of Dallas. The parish inspires disciples of Jesus through worship, sacraments, education, and service, and is home to a thriving K-8 Catholic school. Its striking, award-winning worship space reflects a spirit of modern Catholic liturgical renewal while remaining warmly welcoming to families, young professionals, and lifelong parishioners.

Prince of Peace celebrates the Eucharist daily and offers multiple Sunday Masses, regular confession, and Eucharistic adoration.

- Daily Mass Monday–Saturday at 9:00 AM (Wednesday at 9:30 AM)

History & Architecture
Founded in 1990 and led by founding pastor Father Jim Balint, the parish grew from movie-theater Masses to a nationally noted modern church building designed by Cunningham Architects.

- First Masses held February 10, 1991, at Loews Theater
- Ground broken for permanent home February 21, 1993
