Parish History
Founded in 1955, the church began with a barn that was converted into the original church building. The parish has grown into a thriving Catholic community with a strong commitment to education and service, shaped by generations of parishioners including Fr. Grant’s family.
Our Pastor
Fr. John Grant, a Tulsa native, was baptized and raised in St. Francis Xavier. He earned degrees in Electrical Engineering, Philosophy, Theology, and a Master of Divinity. He was confirmed at St. Pius X and decided to enter seminary after hearing a funeral homily in the church. He is an Eagle Scout from Troop 81 and a cousin of the parish through his family’s long-standing involvement.
Ministries & Events
The parish offers ministries like Couples Salas Night, Summer Marriage Course, and parish picnics. Volunteers are encouraged to participate in various activities. First Friday Adoration is available by calling the parish office.
