The church offers Sunday Mass, weekly Reconciliation on Sunday mornings, Eucharistic Adoration and Confession every Wednesday evening, a dedicated parish choir, Children's Liturgy of the Word on the first Sunday of the month, and connection to broader parish ministries like St. Vincent de Paul, RCIA, and Catholic school partnerships with St. Mary Springs Academy.

History

Our Risen Savior Parish was created by merging the two rural parishes that had long served the Eldorado and Woodhull countryside: St. John Parish, Woodhull, and St. Mary Parish, Eldorado. The merger was one of 31 such consolidations across the Archdiocese of Milwaukee beginning in 1998. In July 2000, six Fond du Lac-area parishes — Sacred Heart, St. Joseph, St. Louis, St. Mary, St. Patrick, and St. Peter — voted to form Holy Family Catholic Community, with Our Risen Savior becoming one of its sites.

  • Formed by merger of St. John Parish, Woodhull, and St. Mary Parish, Eldorado
  • Joined Holy Family Catholic Community on July 1, 2000
  • New Holy Family church (271 Fourth Street Way) built by Plunkett Raysich Architects and dedicated November 2007
  • Community celebrated its 25th anniversary with a three-day festival in 2025

Older sacramental records for Our Risen Savior (and the older Presentation and former St. Mary, Eldorado / St. John, Woodhull sites) are maintained by the Archdiocese of Milwaukee Archives.
