Our Lady Queen of Heaven is a Roman Catholic parish in North Lauderdale, Florida, serving the northwestern Broward County community within the Archdiocese of Miami. Founded in 1974, the parish is one of the most culturally diverse communities in the archdiocese, celebrating Mass in English, Spanish, and French/Creole each Sunday. With perpetual adoration available Monday–Friday in the chapel, an active Religious Education program for children and adults (including OCIA in English, Spanish, and Creole), and a thrift and gift store that supports outreach, newcomers can plug in quickly and find a parish family that welcomes everyone.

Parish History & 50th Anniversary
Our Lady Queen of Heaven was founded in 1974 with Father John Vereb as its founding pastor, and the first Vigil Sunday Mass was celebrated on October 19, 1974 at what is now the North Lauderdale Senior Citizens Center. With no church of its own, the young community worshipped at fire stations, schools, a Baptist church, and storefronts until parishioners built the present church, dedicated in 1979, and the parish hall, dedicated in 1982. A 1987 capital campaign added a larger parish center and a perpetual adoration chapel (dedicated 1988).

Mass & Liturgical Schedule
Our Lady Queen of Heaven is one of the few parishes in Broward offering Sunday Mass in three languages. Daily Mass is celebrated Monday through Saturday at 8:00 AM in English. On the first Friday of the month an evening Spanish Mass is added at 7:00 PM, and on the first Tuesday a Creole Mass at 7:00 PM, each followed by Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament.

Faith Formation & Religious Education (CCD)
The Religious Education office ministers to children age 4 and older as well as to teens and adults preparing for the sacraments. Sacramental preparation (First Communion and Confirmation) is offered alongside the OCIA process for adults, with sessions conducted in English, Spanish, and Creole so that every cultural community in the parish can be served in its own language.

Music & Choirs
Three parish choirs support the Sunday liturgies, plus a Youth Choir for children. Music is one of the most visible expressions of the parish's cultural diversity, with each community lifting up its own devotional tradition in its own language.

Outreach is woven into the parish identity. The parish is also a member of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul's North Broward District Council.
