About Our Lady Queen of All Saints · Tucson, Arizona
Our Lady Queen of All Saints is a bilingual Roman Catholic parish in south Tucson, Arizona, serving the Pueblo Garden neighborhood and surrounding communities. The parish was erected on July 1, 1987 by Bishop Manuel D. Moreno of the Diocese of Tucson, on the site of what had previously been the Church of St. Bernard's Mission (1958–1987), and the building was re-dedicated by Bishop Moreno on the Feast of All Saints, November 1, 1987. Today it is a Spanish-and-English speaking community that celebrates daily and weekend Masses, offers Eucharistic Adoration and Confession several days a week, and runs faith formation and sacramental programs for adults and children. The current pastor, Fr. Bardo Antúnez Olea, has served the parish since July 1, 2025, assisted by Deacon Armando (Rosa) Valenzuela and a lay staff.

It offers a full weekly schedule of Spanish- and English-language Masses, regular Tuesday and Wednesday confession, and weekly Thursday Eucharistic Adoration — making it easy to plug into the sacramental life of the Church. Our Story — From St. Bernard's Mission to Our Lady Queen of All Saints
Before the parish took its present name, the south-side Tucson community worshipped as the Church of St. Bernard's Mission from 1958 to 1987. On July 1, 1987, Bishop Manuel D. Moreno of the Diocese of Tucson erected the mission as a full parish and renamed it Our Lady Queen of All Saints. Bishop Moreno returned on November 1, 1987 — the Feast of All Saints — to re-dedicate the church building. The parish's mission statement commits the community to stewardship of the church, service to one another, families and youth, and outreach to the poor and most vulnerable, while continuing to serve the Pueblo Garden area and neighboring south-side communities of Tucson.

Clergy & Parish Staff
The parish is currently led by Fr. Bardo Antúnez Olea, who has served as pastor since July 1, 2025. He is assisted by Deacon Armando (Rosa) Valenzuela, who proclaims the Gospel, assists with baptisms, witnesses marriages, and supports the community's pastoral needs. The parish staff includes the Director of Religious Education, Mrs. Armida Torres, who coordinates the RCIA and Confirmation programs, as well as a Parish Office Manager (Mrs. Maria Eugenia Rodriguez), a Compliance Officer (Mrs. Yanely Fimbres), and a Finance Council led by Mr. Robert Smith.

Faith Formation & Sacramental Preparation
Religious education and sacramental preparation are coordinated by Mrs. Armida Torres, the parish's Director of Religious Education. The parish runs ongoing faith formation for children and adults, along with the RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) and Confirmation program for adults preparing to enter or be fully received into the Catholic Church. Families preparing children for Baptism, First Communion, or Confirmation are encouraged to contact the parish office.

Parish Leadership & Governance
Alongside the clergy and staff, the parish maintains lay leadership structures to ensure good stewardship and continuity. The Finance Council, working under the pastor, manages the financial stewardship of the parish, supporting both day-to-day operations and future projects. The parish office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and on Fridays from 8:30 AM to noon; the office is closed on weekends. Visitors and parishioners are invited to attend Mass, feast days, and special celebrations, and the parish welcomes worshippers and visitors alike to share in its faith and tradition.
