Parent Parish: St. Anthony of Padua, Westbrook
St. Anthony of Padua Parish in Westbrook is the umbrella community to which Our Lady of Sebago belongs. Formed on July 1, 2021, the parish unites the former Our Lady of Perpetual Help (Windham), St. Anne (Gorham), and St. Anthony of Padua (Westbrook) parishes under a single pastoral team, one set of sacramental registers, and one annual Catholic Appeal goal.
