Pastor and Clergy
The current pastor is Reverend Father Andres L.F. Querijero, Jr., who arrived in Calistoga on October 5, 2021, after eight years as pastor of Our Lady of Good Counsel in Fort Bragg. He was sent to OLPH by Bishop Robert F. Vasa of the Diocese of Santa Rosa, succeeding 'Fr. Angelito,' who had recently retired. A native of the Philippines, Fr. Andres first entered the seminary at age 12, later earned a BA in business administration and an MBA, worked in human resources, then returned to the seminary at 29 for a master's in pastoral ministry. After ordination he helped start a seminary in Vietnam, then served in Washington D.C., New Jersey, and Manhattan before founding a K-8 Catholic school in Fort Bragg. He has publicly committed to serving not only the parish but 'the bigger community of Calistoga,' including offering marriage and family counseling.
