Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church is a parish in Enola, Pennsylvania, on the West Shore of the Susquehanna River, serving the communities of the greater Enola and East Pennsboro area as part of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Harrisburg. History of the Parish
Founded in 1925, Our Lady of Lourdes marked its 100th anniversary during Lent 2025, when Bishop Timothy C. Senior of Harrisburg concelebrated Mass with then-pastor Father Robert Yohe and Father Dominic Okoye on the First Sunday of Lent. The parish is a fixture of West Shore Catholic life, known for its food drives, fish dinners, peanut-butter eggs, and active parish organizations. A Parish History Committee continues gathering information and memorabilia to preserve the story for coming generations.

Parish Dinners & Fundraisers
Food is at the heart of parish life at Our Lady of Lourdes. From January through Holy Week volunteers gather in the social hall most Monday and Wednesday evenings to make chocolate peanut-butter eggs; on the Fridays of Lent the parish hosts fish dinners as fundraisers; and special dinners are held through the year — including a dinner prepared for the priests, religious sisters, and deacons who join the parish for the close of Forty Hours Devotions.

Sacraments
The parish celebrates the seven Catholic sacraments and offers Marriage preparation through its Marriage Mentor Couples / Pre-Cana program on a parish-based level, so engaged couples can be mentored one-on-one by experienced married couples within the parish.
