Parish Ministries
Our Lady of Guadalupe offers a broad slate of ministries for all ages, organized by the parish and led by lay faithful. Volunteers in any ministry must complete Safe Environment training and renew it when required. Youth Ministry (OLG Youth)
OLG Youth is the parish's youth ministry for all 6th through 12th graders (ages 13–17), open to any parish youth. Activities include discussions on spiritual growth, games, movie nights, and parish-wide events such as Turkey Bingo in November, the Catholic Daughters' Angel Tree project in December, and Sunday breakfast with other groups.

Cursillos de Cristiandad
The parish hosts the Movimiento de Cursillo de Cristiandad Mundial at the Diosesano (diocesan) level. The movement's mission is to bring the Gospel to everyone they encounter and invite others into the Church, with the recognition that 'God in Christ Jesus loves us.' The Cursillo is a short three-day course, with ongoing 'ultreyas' (group reunions).

Knights of Columbus Council
The parish Knights of Columbus council empowers Catholic men to live their faith at home, in the parish, at work, and in the community. Service and charity are at the heart of the council's work, partnering with other parish ministries such as Catholic Daughters on the Angel Tree Christmas gift and food project for needy families.

Catholic Daughters of the Americas — Court 2732 'Luz de Vida'
Catholic Daughters Court 2732, 'Luz de Vida,' was established at the parish in 2017 and is made up of about 40 women parishioners. The court helps members develop their spirituality and provides avenues of service to live it out, supporting the parish through projects throughout the year.

OLG Social Services Ministry
The OLG Social Services Ministry assists community members through information and referrals, financial assistance in partnership with Catholic Charities Fort Worth (CCFW), and direct OLG financial assistance for those facing a personal crisis or unexpected event. Bilingual volunteers help clients locate food, baby items, dental/medical care, counseling, and other services.

Ministerio de Visita a Enfermos (Sick-Visit Ministry)
This ministry brings the devotion of Divine Mercy to the sick by visiting and praying for them and reciting the chaplet. On Divine Mercy Sunday they pray the chaplet at all Masses and distribute Divine Mercy brochures and images.

Faith Formation & Sacraments
