Our Lady of Grace is a Roman Catholic parish in the small Medina County town of La Coste, Texas, about 30 miles west of San Antonio. Founded in 1911, it is the oldest and largest church in the greater La Coste area and is part of the Archdiocese of San Antonio. The parish is staffed by the Missionhurst CICM (Congregation of the Immaculate Heart of Mary) missionary fathers and serves a bilingual Latino community, with a 9:30 a.m. Sunday Mass celebrated in both English and Spanish. The parish also oversees mission chapel St. John Vianney in San Antonio. Its self-stated mission is: "With joyful hearts we welcome you into our house of prayer."

History of the Parish
Area Catholics first petitioned in 1910 for a Catholic church in La Coste; before that, they had to travel to Castroville to attend Mass. Emil Zinsmeyer donated the land on which the red brick Gothic-style church, school and cemetery were built. The church was completed and dedicated in 1911 under the patronage of Our Lady of Grace (it has also been known historically as St. Mary's, Mother of Grace, and Mary Mother of Grace). It has served the community continuously for over a century, and the Texas Historical Commission recognized its significance with a historical marker in 2014.

Parish Festival
