Our History
Notre Dame Church was incorporated in 1869 to serve the French-speaking Catholic population of Malone. The first Mass was offered in 1869, and the church was dedicated in 1882. After multiple fires and disasters, the current church was dedicated in 1970. In 2014, Notre Dame merged with St. Helen’s, St. Joseph’s, and St. John Bosco to form St. André Bessette Parish.
