Immaculate Heart of Mary was a Catholic parish in south St. Louis, Missouri, founded in 1951 and located at 4092 Blow St., just south of Carondelet Park. For 72 years it served the surrounding neighborhood under the Archdiocese of St. Louis. The parish was suppressed on August 1, 2023, as part of the "All Things New" reorganization, and its territory was merged into St. Stephen Protomartyr Parish. Former parishioners now join the faith community at St. Stephen Protomartyr, where the last IHM pastor continues to serve.

History & Closure
Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish was founded in 1951 in the Carondelet/Bevo Mill neighborhood of south St. Louis. After 72 years of worship, sacraments, and community life, the parish was suppressed on August 1, 2023, as part of the Archdiocese of St. Louis's "All Things New" pastoral plan, and its territory was canonically merged into St. Stephen Protomartyr Parish.
