Immaculate Heart of Mary hosts 'Juventud Hispana en la Parroquia del Immaculate Heart of Mary,' one of seven Hispanic youth groups that make up the diocesan Pastoral Juvenil Hispana. This ministry coordinates monthly events, formation, retreats, and leadership development for Hispanic young adults in the Diocese of Fort Worth. As of January 2022 the diocesan ministry held its first large-scale 'Retiro de Año Nuevo' with 93 young people in attendance.

Sacraments
The parish prepares children, adolescents and adults for the reception of the seven sacraments. First Communion and Confirmation are prepared through the multi-year Faith Formation program. The RICA process welcomes unbaptized children (age 7 and older), adolescents and adults into the Church, with weekly Sunday classes. Reconciliation is widely available before every Mass. Couples should contact the parish office for Matrimony preparation; Quinceañera celebrations are also accommodated.
