Immaculate Conception is a historic Catholic chapel in Holyoke, Massachusetts, originally founded in 1903 to serve the French-Canadian community of Ward One. Its present church building was completed in the mid-1920s and retains beautiful stained-glass and architectural character. In 2021, Immaculate Conception Parish was merged into St. Jerome Parish, and the church continues as the Immaculate Conception Chapel offering English and Spanish liturgies. Today it remains a place of worship and community for Holyoke Catholics.

History
Immaculate Conception Parish was established by Bishop Beaven for Holyoke's French-Canadian community. A basement church was built in 1903, and Rev. J. B. Campeau became the first pastor in 1905, completing the basement, opening a parish school, and building a rectory. The present church was built in 1925–1927 and the parish was later entrusted to the Missionaries of Our Lady of La Salette for many years.

2021 Parish Merger
On August 15, 2021, Bishop William D. Byrne decreed the merger of Immaculate Conception and Our Lady of Guadalupe parishes into St. Jerome Parish, the oldest Catholic parish in Holyoke. The merger had been requested by the parishes themselves, and Immaculate Conception Church was retained as a chapel.

The present Immaculate Conception church building was designed by architect Donat R. Baribault and constructed from 1925 to 1927.
