Parish Life & Building Community

A defining trait of Holy Trinity under Father Fredy Angel was the hands-on participation of parishioners in maintaining and expanding their church. Volunteers gathered every Saturday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM to work on building projects, an approach Father Angel described as building both bricks and souls: "We don't build a community just with bricks and stones, but with a community united in faith."

  • Saturday volunteer work crews, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Major renovation/expansion projects completed at cost of materials
  • Welcoming, multicultural community of African American, white, Hispanic, and other parishioners
