Holy Trinity is a small Catholic parish in the Village of Casco, Kewaunee County, Wisconsin, in the Diocese of Green Bay. The parish is rooted in the Bohemian (Czech), Belgian, German-Baden, and County Cork Irish settlers of the 19th century and was dedicated on October 24, 1900, with Fr. Emo Kabot as founding pastor. Today Holy Trinity serves as both a worship community and the home of Holy Trinity School (3K through 7th grade), with Fr. Daniel J. Schuster as pastor and weekly Sunday and Saturday-vigil Masses in English, plus a Spanish-language Mass on Sundays.

Parish History
Holy Trinity Parish was founded in 1900 by Bohemian (Czech), Belgian, German-Baden, and County Cork Irish Catholic settlers who had previously worshipped at the Slovan mission church established in the 1860s. The arrival of the railroad brought rapid growth to Casco and prompted the establishment of a dedicated parish; Mr. Decker donated the land and Fr. Emo Kabot became founding pastor when the church was dedicated on October 24, 1900. The Slovan church was renamed St. Adalbert and became a mission of Holy Trinity. Over the past 125 years the parish has nurtured an unusually large number of vocations — seven priests, many sisters (notably Bay Settlement Franciscans), and generations of faithful families — and was honored at a June 15, 2025 Mass of Thanksgiving celebrated by Bishop David Ricken for its 125th anniversary.

Architecture
The original 1900 Holy Trinity church still stands on Church Street, opposite the parish cemetery, and is documented in the Wisconsin Architecture and History Inventory as an Early Gothic Revival structure. The building is constructed of cream brick with pointed arched windows, an open belfry with a stone cap, buttresses, a corbeled cornice, and a central square entry tower. The original church has been redecorated many times over its 125-year life but retains its Gothic Revival character.

Holy Trinity School
Holy Trinity Parish operates Holy Trinity School, which serves students from 3K through 7th grade and combines academic education with Catholic faith formation. Parish Cemetery
Holy Trinity maintains a parish cemetery located on Church Street directly opposite the church, and a Cemetery Committee of parishioners oversees its care. The 1900 church and the cemetery together form the historic heart of the parish on the east side of Church Street.
