Parish History
Holy Redeemer Parish was established on April 3, 1975 with Fr. Norman P. Droski as founding pastor. The first Mass was celebrated in the Jenison High School auditorium on April 20, 1975, and the initial church building was completed in 1978 after land was purchased — land that founding pastor Fr. Droski once described as 'hayfield after hayfield.' Through its nine pastors, the parish has grown through multiple building phases into the campus it operates today.

50th Anniversary Jubilee (2025)
Throughout 2025, Holy Redeemer is celebrating 50 years since its founding on April 3, 1975. The Pastoral Council is leading the anniversary planning, with the year capped by an ongoing book project compiled from interviews with founding pastor Fr. Norman Droski and founding parishioners.
