Holy Infant of Prague Catholic Church in Trussville, Alabama, is a vibrant parish in the Diocese of Birmingham that invites parishioners to receive, nurture, share, and return God’s gifts through hospitality, prayer, faith formation, and service. Founded as a mission in 1939 and raised to parish status in 1947, the community has grown from a small congregation meeting in a vacant apartment to more than 800 registered families worshiping in a modern church that seats 800. Today the parish offers daily and weekend Masses, Eucharistic adoration, confession, RCIA, youth ministry, religious education, and outreach through the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.

History
From a 1939 mission Mass in a vacant apartment to a thriving parish of more than 800 families, Holy Infant of Prague has grown with Trussville. The original church was built on Hewitt Street in 1941–42, expanded in 1991, and replaced by the current Highway 11 campus in 2006.
