Holy Family Mission is a small Roman Catholic mission church serving the unincorporated agricultural community of Five Points, in the rural western part of Fresno County, California. It is canonically a dependent mission of the Parish of St. Ann in nearby Riverdale, within the Diocese of Fresno, and is administered by St. Ann's pastor. The mission gives the Spanish-speaking farmworking families of Five Points a regular Catholic presence close to home, with weekly Mass celebrated in Spanish, and is one of several small outlying missions that St. Ann Parish shepherds across the Westside of the San Joaquin Valley.
