History
Catholic life in the Kasson-Mantorville area dates to the Civil War era. After an 1884 church fire in Kasson, the community worshipped at St. Margaret's in Mantorville (dedicated 1910) and later St. Olaf's in Kasson (built 1954). The two parishes merged into Holy Family in 1977, dedicated a new church that year, and built the current church in 1994-1995.
Mission
The parish mission is: 'The Parishioners of Christ the King, Holy Family, and St. John Baptist de la Salle are inspired by the Holy Spirit and nourished by the Eucharist. We are called by Christ to worship, to invite all with love, to nurture our faith, and to serve others.'
