Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish in McDonald, Ohio, is a small-town Catholic faith community in the Diocese of Youngstown, rooted in devotion to Mary under the title of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. Founded in 1943, the parish has long served McDonald and the surrounding Trumbull County area through worship, religious education, youth ministry, and the Society of St. Vincent dePaul. Effective January 1, 2026, Our Lady of Perpetual Help merged with Saint Mary Parish in Mineral Ridge to form the new Queen of Heaven Parish, with Reverend Richard Murphy appointed pastor. The McDonald church remains an active worship site at 618 Ohio Avenue, offering Saturday vigil and weekday Masses.
