Good Shepherd Parish, formed in 2011, is the Archdiocese of Boston’s first standalone collaborative parish, uniting St. Ann Church and St. Zepherin Church under one pastoral identity. Named for the shared stained glass imagery of Jesus as the Good Shepherd in both churches, the parish welcomes all to experience Mass, prayer, and community events. Pastoral Plan
The parish’s Pastoral Plan aims to grow attendance, increase volunteer involvement, and strengthen evangelization through established ministries. Goals include increasing weekend Mass attendance to 708 by 2024, expanding volunteer numbers to 120, and encouraging parishioners to pray for vocations to the priesthood, diaconate, and religious life by 2024.
