Good Shepherd Parish, formed in 2011, is the Archdiocese of Boston’s first standalone collaborative parish, uniting St. Ann Church and St. Zepherin Church under one pastoral identity inspired by their shared stained glass imagery of Jesus, the Good Shepherd. The parish welcomes all, offering Mass, prayer, and community events, and strives to be a visible sign of Christ’s love. It operates with two worship sites and a dedicated staff focused on faith formation, outreach, and parish growth.

Pastoral Plan
The parish’s Pastoral Plan aims to grow and reach out to others to join us around the table of the Lord. Goals include increasing Mass attendance to 708 by June 2024, increasing volunteer service to 120 by June 2024, and encouraging parishioners to pray for vocations.
Staff
The parish is led by Rev. Laurence "Ren" Tocci, Pastor, and Rev. Austin H. Fleming, Senior Priest in Residence. Staff includes Liliana B. Lucas (Finance & Operations Manager), Deacon Colm McGarry (Permanent Deacon & Director of Youth Ministry), Bethany Crochet Ratcliff (Director of Music Ministry), Kat Holmstrom (Communications & Sacramental Records), Debora S. Robertson (Director of Faith Formation K-5), and Vina Sousa (Administrative Assistant).
