Corpus Christi is one of three worship sites within the newly merged St. Crescent Parish in Galesburg, Illinois, serving as a spiritual home for Catholics in the Diocese of Peoria. It offers Masses on Sundays at 9:00 AM and weekday services including daily Mass and Eucharistic Adoration. The parish is part of a larger restructuring effort to consolidate parishes and strengthen evangelization and discipleship. It is located at 254 E Tompkins Street and is led by priests Fr. Jeffrey Stirniman and Fr. Christopher Magesa, who serve as pastor and parochial vicar respectively. The parish also supports ministries for men and women, and is home to Costa Catholic Academy.

Growing Disciples
St. Patrick, St. James, and St. Aloysius will be merged into one parish with Immaculate Heart of Mary and Corpus Christi as worship sites. The implementation phase begins July 1, 2024, and is expected to be completed over the next three years. Fr. Jeffrey Stirniman leads the effort in Galesburg, with Fr. Deus-Dedit Byabato at St. Aloysius and Fr. Deogratias Mpewo at St. James.
Worship
Masses are held on Sundays at 9:00 AM at Corpus Christi, and daily Masses are offered at various times. Eucharistic Adoration is held Wednesdays from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Confessions are available multiple times weekly at different locations.
