About Colorado School of Mines Catholic Campus Ministry · Golden, Colorado
Mines Catholic Campus Ministry is the Catholic student community at Colorado School of Mines in Golden, Colorado. Its mission is to provide the Sacraments and bring Jesus Christ to campus. The ministry is currently served by Father Ryan Mack, a Mines engineering alumnus from the Class of 2015 who was ordained in 2023 and returned to his alma mater as chaplain. Students gather for fellowship, study groups, sacramental preparation, and prayer, supported by the Companions of Christ charism and the parish of St. Joan of Arc in Arvada.

Mission and Campus Life
Mines Catholic Campus Ministry exists to provide the Sacraments and bring Jesus Christ to the campus of Colorado School of Mines. It supports students through Mass, confession, sacramental preparation, small-group studies, and personal mentorship.

Chaplain
Father Ryan Mack serves as chaplain to Colorado School of Mines. A 2015 Mines graduate with an engineering background, he was ordained a priest for the Archdiocese of Denver in 2023 and returned to Mines for his first assignment.

Pastoral Support
The campus ministry is supported by St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Arvada, where Father Ryan Mack serves as Parochial Vicar alongside Pastor Father Nathan Goebel and Parochial Vicar Father Sam Munson.
