History
A Catholic presence in the area dates to a 1776 land grant for the building of a Catholic Church in the Cameron's Bottom area. Over the following two centuries, multiple Catholic communities were established across northern Indiana County. On June 21, 1995, the Diocese of Greensburg brought six parishes and four mission churches together into a single parish — the Church of the Resurrection — that uses five of those historic church buildings as active worship sites today. A dedicated Pastoral Council, Finance Council and Parish Staff help the members sustain a viable community of faith across the parish's large geography.

Mass & Sacramental Schedule
Daily Mass rotates through the five worship sites Monday through Friday, and weekend Masses are celebrated at all five sites on Saturday evening and Sunday morning. Confession and Eucharistic Adoration are offered together every Tuesday evening at the Clymer church. The emergency sacramental line (724-717-3203) connects parishioners to a priest outside of office hours.

Faith Formation & Religious Education
Faith Formation for children in Grades K–8 is held every Monday evening at the Clymer and Glen Campbell sites. Marie Kirsch, Coordinator of Faith Formation, runs the program and is the contact for registration and questions. Regional support comes from the Regional Director of Faith Formation & Discipleship for the Indiana Region (Deanery 2).

Sacraments
The parish celebrates the Eucharist daily across its five worship sites and offers the Sacrament of Reconciliation on Tuesday evenings at the Clymer church, combined with Eucharistic Adoration. Sacramental assistance (including for emergencies) is provided by Rev. James Watson, OFM Cap., in addition to the pastor. Faith Formation for children supports preparation for First Holy Communion and other sacraments, and the Marriage Formation Ministry walks engaged couples through six hours of one-to-one preparation with a married couple from the parish.
