All Saints Parish is a Roman Catholic community in Waterford, Pennsylvania, belonging to the Diocese of Erie. History of All Saints Parish
All Saints Parish was officially formed in April 2005 through the consolidation of two earlier parishes: St. Cyprian Parish of Waterford and St. Matthew-in-the-Woods Parish of Summit Township. Rather than combine the two names, parishioners voted and chose 'All Saints.' The combined community continued to worship at the former St. Matthew's site on Townhall Road while a new church was planned and built. Groundbreaking was in July 2005, and Bishop Donald Trautman dedicated the new church on Route 97 N in July 2006.

Building and Sacred Furnishings
The 2006 church was intentionally built to honor the heritage of both founding parishes. The crucifix, altar, and ambo came from St. Matthew-in-the-Woods, while the tabernacle and the Stations of the Cross came from St. Cyprian's. Everything else in the worship space was new. The campus also includes a rectory, office space, and a social hall that can be divided into classrooms for religious education.

Parish Staff and Leadership
The parish is currently led by Parochial Administrator Rev. Msgr. David Rubino, assisted by Permanent Deacon Thomas McAraw. The lay team includes Lia Ghering in the Parish Office, Maria Burkley as Faith Formation Leader, Don Ghering as Maintenance Coordinator, and Diane Johnson in maintenance. The parish office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Faith Formation and Religious Education
All Saints runs a full faith-formation program for children and youth, organized by grade level and overseen by Faith Formation Leader Maria Burkley. Children in Pre/K through Grade 5 meet on Sunday mornings at 10:00 a.m.; middle-school youth (EDGE, Grades 6–8) meet Sunday evenings; PURPOSE (Grade 9) meets after Sunday Mass; and Confirmation preparation is offered alongside these programs. The parish also runs OCIA for adults and OCIA for youth, and prepares children for First Reconciliation and First Eucharist.

Liturgical Ministries and Music
Parishioners serve at Mass as Lectors, Eucharistic Ministers, and Altar Servers, with schedules posted in the sacristy. Children's Liturgy of the Word is offered during the 9:00 a.m. Sunday Mass. A Youth Choir rehearses on Sunday mornings before Mass and supports parish worship.

Parish Life, Outreach, and Events
Beyond the liturgy, All Saints sustains a busy parish life. The Parish Council meets periodically (e.g. first Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. in the social hall) and is open to all. The local Knights of Columbus council meets on Thursday evenings. The parish operates a food pantry as part of its community outreach, hosts Bingo in the social hall, and gathers for seasonal events such as Lenten Fish Dinners. In 2026 the parish is hosting a Steve Angrisano concert (May 29) and a follow-up retreat day for parish ministries (May 30, 10 a.m.–2 p.m.).
