About All Saints Parish - St. James · Bay City, Michigan
All Saints Parish is a Roman Catholic community in Bay City, Michigan, formed in 2014 from the merger of St. Boniface, St. James, and Our Lady of Guadalupe parishes, with St. James serving as the parish church. Part of the Diocese of Saginaw, the parish welcomes worshippers across multiple campuses for weekend and weekday Mass, including a bilingual Sunday Mass at St. Boniface. It is home to the only 24/7 Eucharistic Adoration Chapel in the diocese and offers active lay ministries, faith formation for all ages, and a long tradition of Catholic education in the Bay City area. History
All Saints Parish was created on July 1, 2014, when the parishes of St. Boniface, St. James, and Our Lady of Guadalupe in Bay City were merged as part of the Diocese of Saginaw's "Planning Tomorrow's Parishes" restructuring. St. James was designated the parish church and St. Boniface a church of additional use, while the pantry ministry from Our Lady of Guadalupe continued at St. Boniface.
