All Saints Parish is a Roman Catholic faith community in Bay City, Michigan, formed on July 1, 2014, when the parishes of St. Boniface, St. James, and Our Lady of Guadalupe merged into a single new parish in the Diocese of Saginaw. The parish worships across two historic church buildings — St. Boniface Church at 500 N. Lincoln Street and St. James Church at 710 Columbus Avenue — and offers weekend Masses in English and bilingual (Spanish/English). It operates Bay Area Catholic Schools (All Saints Elementary and All Saints Middle/High School), maintains a 24/7 adoration chapel off Columbus & Monroe, and serves the surrounding community with faith formation, sacramental preparation, liturgical ministry and Christian outreach.

All Saints Parish describes itself as a warm, dynamic community of old and young, men, women and children, newcomers and long-timers striving to joyfully serve God by living the Catholic faith. Its mission is 'Know and love God. Be disciples. Serve others,' and its broader vision is to be guided by the Holy Spirit to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ through worship, stewardship, life-long faith formation and service to others. The parish identity is rooted in the 2014 merger of three previous Bay City parishes under the Diocese of Saginaw's planning.

St. Boniface Church (History & Architecture)
St. Boniface was organized in 1874 by forty German Catholic families in Bay City who had outgrown St. Joseph's and the temporary accommodation at St. James. The present St. Boniface Church was begun with a cornerstone laid October 11, 1896, and was solemnly consecrated on June 4, 1899 by Bishop Richter of Grand Rapids — the only Catholic church in the Saginaw Valley to be consecrated rather than merely dedicated, because it was debt-free on the day of dedication and built entirely of solid masonry. Its interior carries high-order paintings (the Last Supper, SS. Peter and Paul, and other saints) and donated stained-glass windows that give a cathedral-like feel. In 1904, pastor Rev. John A. Wyss completed a handsome parochial residence ($8,000), and Dominican Sisters staffed the parish school of about 150 pupils in both English and German.

Faith Formation & Catholic Schools
All Saints Parish supports a robust Catholic education ministry spanning parish faith formation and the regional Bay Area Catholic Schools. The Office of Faith Formation and Preparation for Sacraments is located at St. Boniface Church (500 N. Lincoln Ave., 989-893-1775) and is led by Parish Catechetical Leader Amy Dupuis; its work includes sacramental preparation, RCIA, children's and youth faith formation, adult continuing education, and spiritual development across all ages. The parish also operates Bay Area Catholic Schools, including All Saints Elementary and All Saints Middle & High School, with school Masses on Wednesdays (middle/high) and Thursdays (elementary) at St. James Church.

Parish Leadership & Commissions
Parish leadership combines ordained clergy, parish staff and lay-led commissions. The pastor is Rev. José María Cabrera, assisted by Rev. Stephen J. Fillion (Priest in Residence). Lay commissions — Worship, Christian Service, Stewardship, Education, and the Finance Committee — advise the pastor and plan the parish's liturgical, service, formation, and administrative life. The Pastoral Council, chaired by Noemi Rivera, acts in an advisory capacity and helps plan for the parish's future, with members serving as liaisons to the commissions. Pastoral Council, Finance Committee, and commissions meet the third Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. (September–June), alternating between St. Boniface and St. James.

Christian Service & Outreach
The Christian Service Commission (CSC) is the pastoral outreach arm of All Saints Parish, responding to the needs of both the parish and the wider Bay City community. Its ministries include hospital visitation, hospitality, funeral luncheons, the Sharing Tree at Christmas (gathering gifts for the needy), and other donation drives throughout the year. The commission is also entrusted with responding to social justice issues locally and globally according to Gospel values, working in cooperation with diocesan and broader Catholic charitable efforts.

Bilingual & Hispanic Ministry
All Saints Parish carries on the Hispanic ministry of its predecessor parish, Our Lady of Guadalupe, by offering a bilingual Spanish/English Mass each Sunday at 12:30 p.m. at St. Boniface Church. A Bilingual Music Director (Frank Velasquez) leads Spanish-language liturgical music, and a Bilingual Assistant (Irma Guzman) supports sacramental preparation and parish communications across the parish's two church buildings and its growing Spanish-speaking community in Bay City.

Prayer & Devotions
Beyond the regular Mass schedule, the parish fosters a rich devotional life. A Prayer Walking Ministry gathers at St. James Church on Saturday mornings at 8:30 a.m. The perpetual Adoration Chapel (open 24/7) anchors the parish's eucharistic devotion, and Morning Prayer is prayed in the St. Boniface chapel on Tuesdays at 8:30 a.m. Groups, devotions, and prayer services are organized through the Worship Commission in cooperation with the Liturgy Coordinator.
