About NET Catholic — The Three-Parish Cluster
NET Catholic is a single pastoral partnership serving three churches across northern Tompkins County: All Saints in Lansing, Holy Cross in Freeville/Dryden, and St. Anthony in Groton. The cluster was formed in 2005 to unite the faith communities and share ministry, staff, and resources across the region. All three churches fall within the Diocese of Rochester's East Deanery.

History of All Saints Parish
All Saints was established in 1913 with its first church building. A larger church went up in 1933 and remained in use until 2007, when a brand-new church at 347 Ridge Road (Route 34B) was dedicated next to the 1995 parish center. A successful 2004 capital campaign raised more than $913,000 — well over the original $600,000 goal — with 80 percent of parishioners pledging, funding the new facility that doubled seating capacity and added religious-education classrooms.

NET Catholic is currently led by Fr. John Gagnier as Parochial Administrator for all three cluster parishes. Fr. Gagnier was born January 14, 1952, was ordained April 28, 1978, recently celebrated his 45th anniversary of priesthood in Vatican City with an audience with Pope Francis, and assumed his NET Catholic duties on June 28, 2023.

Becoming Catholic (OCIA) and Faith Formation
