All Saints Parish is a multicultural Roman Catholic parish in Kansas City, Kansas, formed in July 2007 from the merger of six earlier immigrant parishes (St. Joseph, St. Benedict, Sts. Cyril & Methodius, St. Casimir, St. Thomas, and Our Lady of Mt. Carmel). Today it remains an immigrant parish — predominantly Spanish-speaking with newer Burmese (Myanmar) families — celebrating Mass in English, Spanish, and Burmese, and the home of two contemplative monastic communities (the Little Brothers and Little Sisters of the Lamb) on or near the campus. The parish belongs to the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas and sits at 811 Vermont Avenue in KCK.

Why belong here
All Saints is a bilingual, multicultural Catholic community where three of four Sunday Masses (and most weekday Masses) are celebrated in Spanish, with additional Burmese and English-speaking parishioners. It is anchored in Eucharistic devotion — daily Mass, regular Eucharistic Adoration (Sunday mornings and Thursday evenings), and an active Quinceañera and sacramental life — and offers an unusually wide range of groups, from the Knights of Columbus and Altar Society to Cursillos, Renovación Carismática, youth ministries (Generación Eucarística and Jóvenes Uniendo Corazones), Catequesis Familiar, and SIE. Sharing the campus with two contemplative orders (the Little Brothers and Little Sisters of the Lamb) and the Light of Mary and Lumen Christi monasteries, the parish welcomes immigrants and longtime KCK families alike to worship, form their children in the faith, and serve together.

History of All Saints Parish
The parish is the product of more than a century of Catholic immigrant life in Kansas City, Kansas. St. Joseph's Parish was founded in 1887 for Eastern European newcomers, followed by St. Benedict's (1902) and Sts. Cyril & Methodius (1905). St. Joseph and St. Benedict merged in 1976, and in July 2007 the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas consolidated six parishes — St. Joseph, St. Benedict, Sts. Cyril & Methodius, St. Casimir, St. Thomas, and Our Lady of Mt. Carmel — into All Saints. The parish continues that immigrant tradition today, most recently welcoming families from Burma (Myanmar).

Cultural & Devotional Life
Because All Saints brings together Polish, Central American, European, Mexican, and Burmese Catholic traditions, the parish calendar features celebrations drawn from each community — the Black Christ of Esquipulas, Polski Day, the Feast of St. Thérèse of Lisieux, and the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Devotional life is built around the Eucharist, with regular Adoration and groups such as Adoración Nocturna and Preciosa Sangre.

Faith Formation & Religious Education
The parish runs a two-year catechism program for children, with classes beginning each September. Families are asked to contact the parish office during the first two weeks of July to enroll. The bilingual catechism team is led by Catechism Coordinator Bety Camareno.

Baptism Preparation
Baptisms are celebrated on the second Saturday of each month at 1:00 pm; they are not celebrated during the Lenten season. Spanish pre-baptismal classes are held the fourth Saturday of each month, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, in the church basement; English classes are arranged by appointment with Fr. Peter through the parish secretary. Parents and sponsors must attend a pre-baptismal class, sponsors must be at least 16 and confirmed, practicing Catholics, and either a married Catholic couple or a single individual.

Schools & Catholic Education
All Saints partners with neighboring Catholic schools for the education of its children. Resurrection Catholic School at the Cathedral, formed in 2007 by the consolidation of All Saints School, the Cathedral of St. Peter School, and St. John/Holy Family School, continues to serve parish families along with four other KCK parishes. Bishop Ward High School is also listed as an affiliated school.
