Faith Formation & Religious Education
All Saints runs a Sunday-morning Religious Education program for grades K–7 from October through April, meeting 10:15–11:30 AM. Catechists, aides, substitutes, and Children's Liturgy of the Word leaders are recruited each year; volunteers must have a background check on file and be VIRTUS trained. The parish also supports Vacation Bible School helpers and a Children's Choir as part of formation for younger parishioners.

OCIA — Becoming Catholic
The parish uses the newer name OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation of Adults) for its adult initiation program, with team members and sponsors drawn from the parish. A Fall Bible Study accompanies OCIA formation, and the parish invites anyone exploring the Catholic faith to attend. OCIA is coordinated by Shannon Siuda.

Youth Ministry
Middle-school and high-school youth ministry is coordinated by Erin Duba and gathers on Wednesday or Sunday nights with separate MS and HS tracks. Adult core team members lead small groups in their homes, and the parish regularly hosts NET Ministries missionaries, recruiting host families and meal providers. The youth ministry fundraising committee and the annual Baccalaureate Breakfast support retreats, study nights, and senior celebrations.

Parish Life, Finance, and Pastoral Councils
Three councils help govern parish life. Parish Life serves as a bridge of communication for events and ministries (contact: Denise Hudson). The Finance Council supports the pastor in financial decisions, meeting roughly every other month on Mondays after the 9 AM Mass in two-year terms. The Pastoral Council gathers quarterly to advance the common good of the parish and to learn the liturgical operations of the Church.

Bishop Baraga Academy (Parish School)
All Saints operates Bishop Baraga Academy on its campus under Principal/Director Dr. Shari Ann McCarty. Parents and parishioners support the school through event planning, Homespun Holidays, Love On The Move, the Mardi Gras Fundraiser, classroom volunteering, intergenerational programming, and service on the School Board. The academy is a centerpiece of Catholic school life in the Fremont area.
