History
All Saints was founded in 1967 as a parish of the Diocese of El Paso and is located on N. Dakota Street in the northeast part of the city. (GCatholic's database lists 1972; the parish's own website and the Wikipedia list of Diocese of El Paso parishes both state 1967 as the founding year.) Over nearly six decades the parish has maintained a bilingual character and a reputation for being a tight-knit, welcoming community.

Religious Formation (Faith Formation / CCD)
All Saints runs an in-person Religious Formation Program (Programa de Formación Religiosa) for the children and youth of the parish. Sacramental preparation is offered for both First Holy Communion and Confirmation. All classes meet in person, and information is available in both English and Spanish.
- First Communion Program (Programa de Primera Comunión): 1st Year for children in at least 2nd grade; 2nd Year for those who completed 1st Year at All Saints the previous year.
- Confirmation Program (Programa de Confirmación): for students at least 14 years old and in high school. Classes meet Thursdays at 5:30 p.m.

VIRTUS and Safe Environment
All Saints participates in the Diocese of El Paso's VIRTUS safe-environment program, designed to help prevent wrongdoing and promote 'rightdoing' within religious organizations. Parishioners who volunteer with children and vulnerable adults are expected to complete VIRTUS training.
