All Saints Catholic Church is a Roman Catholic parish of the Diocese of Arlington located at 9300 Stonewall Road in Manassas, Virginia. Founded in 1879 by Bishop William Henry Elder, it is the oldest church still in use in the City of Manassas and has grown into the largest Catholic parish in the Commonwealth of Virginia, with more than 21,000 registered parishioners from roughly 5,800 families. The current sanctuary was dedicated in August 2010 after a Groundbreaking Ceremony on November 1, 2008 (Solemnity of All Saints), built as a 1,500-seat Romanesque Revival-style worship space adjoining the existing parish campus. The parish serves a richly diverse community with eight Sunday Masses in English and Spanish (livestreamed weekly), an attached Catholic school, a large religious education program, a youth ministry and an active music and performing-arts program, alongside outreach ministries such as the Bethany Food Pantry and the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.

History of All Saints Catholic Church
All Saints was founded in 1879 as a mission church for Catholic railroad workers in Manassas, Virginia. Its cornerstone was laid by Richmond Bishop John J. Keane on November 29, 1878, and dedicated by Bishop William Henry Elder in August 1879 on fields that had been battlegrounds during the American Civil War. For fifty years (1942–1993) the parish was pastored by the Stigmatine Fathers, who opened All Saints Catholic School (1957) and built the 1974 church (now the Parish Activities Center – PAC). The diocese resumed direct staffing in 1993, and in 2008 Bishop Paul S. Loverde presided at the groundbreaking of the present 1,500-seat sanctuary, which was dedicated in August 2010 and made possible by three capital campaigns (1995 Building Fund, 2002 'Rooted in Faith – Forward in Hope', and the 'New Church Completion Campaign'), the annual 5-Car Raffle, and the Parish Festival.

Worship, Sacraments & Devotions
Daily Mass is celebrated Monday–Friday at 7:00 and 8:30 AM, Saturday at 8:00 AM, with a Sunday Vigil at 5:30 PM on Saturday. Sunday offers four English Masses (7:30, 9:30, 11:30 AM livestreamed, 5:30 PM) and three Spanish Masses (1:30 PM livestreamed, 3:30 PM, 7:00 PM), plus a Spanish First Friday Mass at 8:00 PM. The 11:30 AM English and 1:30 PM Spanish Masses are livestreamed each Sunday on the parish Facebook page and YouTube channel with recordings posted afterward. The Angelus bell rings at noon every day from the 1,000-pound original 1879 bell.

Faith Formation & Religious Education
Faith formation at All Saints spans cradle to vocation. All Saints Catholic School (Pre-K through 8) sits directly adjacent to the church. The parish Office of Religious Education (Director Samantha Welsh) supports sacramental preparation (First Reconciliation, First Communion, Confirmation) and family catechesis; OCIA prepares unbaptized adults (and baptized Christians from other traditions) for full initiation, and OCIC does the same for children in grades 2–12. Programs meet weekly during the formation year on the parish campus.

Music Ministry Director Tim Lewicki oversees a rich liturgical-music program with nine parish choirs plus a handbell choir, including the Our Lady of Guadalupe Choir that animates Spanish-language Masses and feast-day devotions. The All Saints Concert Series brings local and national classical and sacred musicians to the church; the Upper Room Theatre Ministry extends this liturgical-arts culture into the broader parish and community.

St. Gabriel Mission
Established September 3, 2017 by Bishop Michael Francis Burbidge, St. Gabriel Mission at 9110 Railroad Drive, Suite 300, in Manassas Park serves as the parish's Spanish-language satellite and is coordinated by Fr. Guillermo González, with Deacons Orlando Barros, Brian R. Majewski and James Van de Voorde assisting. The mission celebrates two Sunday morning Masses in Spanish and offices of formation for Spanish-speaking parishioners, with Coordinator of Operations Emelly Mendez and Administrative Assistant Guadalupe Saenz.

The parish welcomes visitors to daily Mass, Sunday Mass (eight weekend options in English and Spanish), daily noon Angelus bell, and seasonal devotional services.
