Parish History
All Saints was established in 1914 by Bishop Austin Dowling after Father D.J. Mulvihill of St. John's Parish asked for help with Highland Park and Oak Park Catholics. The first Masses were celebrated in a rented storefront at 2914 6th Avenue; the parish soon moved to 3rd and Ovid, where a Spanish mission-style church with a cupola was built and dedicated on June 13, 1920. In 1997, under Fr. Anthony Aiello, the parish merged with St. Mel's and moved to its current NE 52nd Avenue campus.

Byzantine-Rite Worship
All Saints is home to St. Andrew of Crete Byzantine Catholic Outreach, an outreach of Annunciation Byzantine Catholic Parish (Homer Glen, IL) within the Eparchy of Parma. Father Bruce Riebe provides full-time sacramental ministry, offering a Sunday Divine Liturgy that fulfills the Sunday obligation for Catholics of any rite.
