About Rosati-Kain Academy
Rosati-Kain Academy is an all-girls Catholic college-preparatory high school in the Central West End of St. Louis. Founded in 1911, it is named for the first two archbishops of St. Louis, Joseph Rosati and John Joseph Kain, and in 1947 became one of the first high schools in the St. Louis area to integrate. On July 1, 2023 it transitioned from the Archdiocese to an independent school sponsored by St. Joseph Educational Ministries, following the 'All Things New' reorganization.
