About Cardinal Ritter College Prep High School
Cardinal Ritter College Prep is a Catholic, co-educational college-preparatory high school in north St. Louis, within the Archdiocese of St. Louis. Established in 1979, it is named for Cardinal Joseph Ritter, who desegregated the archdiocese's parochial schools in 1947. Its current campus at 701 North Spring Avenue, adjacent to Saint Louis University, was dedicated in 2003.
