About Saint Raphael School
Saint Raphael School is a fully accredited Catholic parish school in downtown San Rafael, part of the educational system of the Archdiocese of San Francisco. Established in 1889, it serves students from preschool through 8th grade and describes itself as the only PreK–8 Catholic school in Marin. Its mission emphasizes Catholic faith formation, academic excellence, and a spirit of service to God and others.
