About Notre Dame Elementary School
Notre Dame Elementary School is an independent, co-educational Catholic school in Belmont (San Mateo County) serving preschool/TK through eighth grade in the tradition of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, who arrived in California in 1851. The school relocated to the Belmont campus in 1923, with its current elementary building constructed in 1957, and admitted boys for the first time in 1963. It shares the campus with Notre Dame High School.
