About Convent of the Sacred Heart High School
Convent of the Sacred Heart High School is a private, independent Catholic all-girls high school and the high-school division of Schools of the Sacred Heart, San Francisco (Convent & Stuart Hall). It was founded in 1887 as the first School of the Sacred Heart west of the Rockies and is part of a worldwide network of more than 150 Sacred Heart schools rooted in the educational tradition of St. Madeleine Sophie Barat. The all-girls high school operates in partnership with the boys' Stuart Hall High School.
