About Mater Dei Juan Diego Academy
Mater Dei Juan Diego Academy is the TK–8 elementary division of Mater Dei Catholic in Chula Vista, opening in 2015 as the first Catholic dual-language immersion school in San Diego County. It runs a 50/50 Spanish–English dual-language program built on a STEAM education model. The academy shares the East Chula Vista campus with Mater Dei Catholic High School, together forming the first TK–12 Catholic school in the Diocese of San Diego.
