About Cabrini High School
Cabrini High School is a private, all-girls Catholic college-prep school in New Orleans, sponsored by the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. The Esplanade Avenue / Bayou St. John campus was originally the Sacred Heart Orphan Asylum before opening as a girls' high school in 1959. It is named for Mother Frances Xavier Cabrini.
