About Archbishop Shaw High School
Archbishop Shaw High School is an all-boys Catholic high school in Marrero — the only boys' school on the West Bank of metro New Orleans. Founded in 1962 and administered by the Salesians of Don Bosco, its 72-acre campus was formerly the site of Hope Haven, a Salesian orphanage. It is named for Archbishop John William Shaw.
