Verbum Dei Jesuit High School ('the Verb') is a private Catholic all-boys college-prep school in Watts, South Los Angeles. Founded in 1962 by the Society of the Divine Word, it has been led by the Jesuits since 2000 and runs a Cristo Rey-style Corporate Work Study Program. It is part of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.
