About Bishop Alemany High School
Bishop Alemany High School is a co-educational Catholic college-prep high school in Mission Hills (San Fernando Valley), owned and operated by the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. Founded in 1947 as the all-girls St. Ferdinand High School, it admitted boys in 1956 and was renamed for Joseph Sadoc Alemany, the first archbishop of San Francisco.
